lizweisiger 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Alpo, I cannot imagine the frozen air you had to endure to capture this lovely image. I like the way the light falls through the trees and laces them with a delicate emphasis. The water is boldly flowing through the frigid landscape. I feel the cold, and the beauty, and I know you wanted to be there to record it. As always, your adoring fan, liz Link to comment
janis lukas 0 Posted January 18, 2008 THIS IS WONDERFUL COMPOSITION. I would have worked more on the highlights and try to bring more colour saturation and brightness there. On the other hand that would have been a totaly other photo. i like it also the way it is!!/ janis Link to comment
bartimeus1 0 Posted January 19, 2008 Thank you for the comment and for the nice edited version! I like very much that way, even though I will also keep this original one. I must study the edited version carefully and check what has changed. I think that this one is more original and in such a way "crisp", but the edited is like a loveable "song" or fairy-tale and I like that a lot! I am very busy at my work today, I`ll return tomorrow. jeffl7 0 Posted January 19, 2008 I like the feel of this one. Blue against beige. Wintry cold and warmth combined. As an alternative, you could crop up from the bottom retaining the more formal landscape at the top. Of course, that might take some of the magic out of the photo. Link to comment
