Thanks Ger! I want to delete it so badly! It was funny at the time but I must admit, the ratings really do get to me and this one may win low vote of the year! Like I said it was a peacock from the other side. I was trying to soften how yucky it's rear looked! Anyway, do not be surprised if it is gone ....SOON!!

Come on, show some fortitude! Leave it there. I think it's hilarious and shows a fine sense of humor. If you let those dumbassed 3/3 raters with no sense of humor, or originality defeat you, then what does that portend for Pnet? It's a good image. Screw them.

Here is the shot before I got a hold of it in PS.

I often TRY to shoot this view of a peacock when I'm at the zoo. But that is just because I'm a bit different. Your being able to get the lion in the background really does make this a special shot. A well done shot and the PS work is very good too!

Well Shawn, I guess I might fit in that "a little bit different" arena myself. It was most definatley an intended shot. Although, I don't remember if I had intentions of leaving the lion when I took it.

I think it's wonderful, although I'll have to admit I didn't realize it was the peacock's behind! Looks a bit like a monkey's face on a wild hair day. But then, I am one of those PN's with a warped sense of humor who goes to the humor section more than any other. I agree with you about the stick-in-the-muds 3/3r's. This is a hoot and I love the lion.

The shot is great, especially the large view...don't you dare take it down! :) Who cares if some people have a broken funny bone? The rest of us are laughing our a**es off! :) The PS work is really striking, by the way.

What an amazing looking image including the lion LOL...grins...what a great job!!! Did you use the prettyizer filter for this? Do not remove it hell you have more comments on this than I ever get!!! lol
