It is a nice idea, good composition. I would feed the moon a little bit, and then would look more natural, not same tone like the white owl. The mist effect in the background is very effective and done nicely. Also! The reflection from the moon, in the water is to bright, almost brighter then the moon itself. You have probably several layers here. Decrees the opacity on the layer, where the moon is. One more thing! The reflection from a sun or moon, always long, toward the moon or the sun. Please observe this on any photos, where a low sun, or moon is above the horizon, above the water. Nice image and a nice composition.
