jcpopper 0 Posted January 15, 2008 Fine control of light. The use of curves throughout the composition is excellent! Link to comment
Funtak 0 Posted January 16, 2008 Thank You Josh; your comments are so importan to me; this is a photo of the oldest city coffe-shop, the basic arhitectonic structure is original. I was atracted by the bi-level scene and the daylight from outside..Best regards, vf Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted January 18, 2008 Vladimir, it is a very interesting angle of the two stories. very well mastered the light and shadows, inside /outside two kinds of lights.... The scene is very clear. I like the blue stairs and the blue handrail, as well as the relaxed atmospher. nice image. Link to comment
benhuybrechts 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Very nice picture. The stairs lead the eye on the second floor, after that it wonders to the first floor. Well done. Ben Link to comment
liviu faur 0 Posted January 19, 2008 You have perfect eyes. To see such composition ..I call it talent. VEry fine details and curves that make this picture an impressive work of art Link to comment
thadley 15 Posted January 20, 2008 Great image. The three sections with the people, the 4th section which is the steps along with the curves, make this composition for me. The blue steps gives a visual contrast to the rest of the colors. In my humble opinion, the only thing (minor indeed) I would do is to use Photoshop CS shadow highlight command to get just a tiny bit more detail in the shadow area without lightening any other part of the image. And then again, it might just be my tired eyes. Regards, Link to comment
Funtak 0 Posted January 20, 2008 Thank You Tony, I will try; the vision problem did not evade me, 2 pair of glases, etc. I have recently purchased PS, beside that patience is not my strongest quality..Best regards, vf Link to comment
