pnital 36 Posted January 15, 2008 A series of images. An interpration of a dance called "Alma"( an apple in the turkish language). My focused experience is the symbolic bible story of the forbidden apple, with some added connotations... To be continued.... Dancers: Shany Katzman, Yoave Grinberg. Choreography: Rachel Erdos Thanks for your impressions. Link to comment
laurent-paul 1 Posted January 15, 2008 I can't even imagine what kind of crazy funky composition you would come up if a third character would come into the picture. I almost wish there is a story of infidelity in the second act :-) Link to comment
cherlyn 1 Posted January 15, 2008 The apples are really the most useful in this series of dance acts. Great balancing. Link to comment

j_m_lee_photography 0 Posted January 16, 2008 A magic elixir which beautifies, rejuvenates, and enriches dancers. Pnina, I love this image as if the Secrets are out, and the Treasure is taken. Love it. Shalom :0) Link to comment

laurent_jaussi 0 Posted January 16, 2008 the moment is superbly seized Pnina....I like the side light and reflection...I also apreciate that you include the front end of the stage that gives some foreground and help creating depth and subjective PoV in the image.... Link to comment
mike_stemberg 40 Posted January 17, 2008 I thoroughly appreciate the sheer 'poetry' captured so magnificently here! A splendid performance from all concerned! Regards ~ Mike Link to comment

paula grenside 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Light is super here, Pnina; as to the apples, the reverbariotions make them appear as if floating in water. Link to comment

margaret1 0 Posted January 19, 2008 Good balance, great composition. I agree and like the way the floor mimics water. I like the tilt of the composition, which keeps it from being centered. I guess the question now is, what is going to happen to the apples next and how did they get there in the first place? Link to comment
sallycd 0 Posted January 20, 2008 To me,it's a human skulpture.Very good and worth seeing. Link to comment
kim_tural 0 Posted August 8, 2008 You captured this couple in a wonderful pose and great tones .They are nicely outlined against the perfect dark background and you caught their reflections on the boards. Temptation apples make an interesting addition as their glow is reflected as well, nice. Wonder if a slight rotation ( counter clock wise) is in order? It may just be an illusion. This is a very interesting series Pnina and seems to be generating a lot of interest. Keep up the good work! Kim Link to comment
pnital 36 Posted August 9, 2008 Kim, thanks! and you are right about a tiny bit CCW that it needs. I will do it.Thanks for your observation! Link to comment
