I love the subject here. It is a VERY strong image. Fantastic contrast, tecture and composition. The contrast in colour is great and adds incredible intensity to this image. The focusing - depth of field really makes this shot. As always.....wonderful work.

I'm a big fan of the use of this technique, ie. one block of colour in a black & white image. I think in this case, it works particularly well.
