a good shot. but i think if you had asked your friend (or brother)to walk carefully on the sand and then sit at the end of the footprints, the photo could carry some meaning. also, the light and shade is a bit too harsh (understandable on a sea shore) - you can try the shadow/highlight function in PS to smoothen it just a little bit (only a bit, dont flatten it too much).

Thank you very much for your input. I appreciate it much. This is a snap shot where I was lucky. Sunanda (collegue) never gives any pose this I shooted without his notice. Regarding shadow, I don't know PS too much and I am helpless.
