Yes Linda, it was one of those lovely cold days with beautiful light. Right before sunset, this was a very tricky exposure. It took a little bit of tweaking in raw but I got what I was after.

Really, a beautiful image Clayton. It has your trademark soft colour which enhances this incredibly and the background fence line is a nice addition.

Glad to see you posting again Clayton, I always enjoyed your Southern Alberta landscapes, especially your documentation of the old farm buildings.

 

The side lighting is very nice in this Clayton. These Three Amigos immediately grab the viewers attention and stand out well from the muted background. After taking in the view of the subjects, I do find that my eyes tend to follow the two parallel fence lines out of the scene. No one else mentioned it though, and it may just being me picky. (:
