new york state (erie canal) Graffiti at Ellicott Island, Tonawanda, NY

I'm not so good at figuring out what this kind of graffiti says ... but I think that the left-most word is "Tito". ?? Anyway, there is an island on the Erie Canal (but not on Ellicott Creek, which is funny because Ellicott Creek is nearby ... but the island with its name is on the Canal) that has this old shell of a building that has been graffiti'd, as you see here.

Does the angle work? Enough interest? Exposed well? Any other thoughts?
