nick_taylor4 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Very nice shot, well done. The only hole I can pick is a technical one. There are quite strong haloes around the top of the rocks. Either this is from oversharpening or it is the line where you cut the two exposures together. Also it seems that the white balance doesn't quite match between the foreground and background, perhaps a slightly warmer foreground would help. Link to comment
lalit 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Nick's observations are very interesting. What you plan a shot for Withstanding time just fits well with your capture. With almost the same composition, I guess I would try to g closer to the water and capture more beautiful reflection while tilting the lens slightly downwards. But otherwise this is very nice. don_lally 0 Posted January 18, 2008 Nick your right with the halo effect. Part of the problem was i didnt have a tripod to take multiple exsposures. Lalit thats my bigest problem when i do landscape photography i always forget to compose it with a good foreground subject. Thanks for the great advice guys. Link to comment
