I only wish I could have gotten close to this to take some "abstract" shots. This is actually located in a firefighters' training area, and is completely fenced off.

Sorta scary looking at this old bus, it looks like it was burned! Maybe the fire fighters were practicing....I hope.

That is absolutely what I assume happened, Susan. There are a couple of small buildings and some other things on that fenced-in property, and they're all scorched and burned. Wish I had gotten a wider shot to show you what the space is like....

I'll come stand guard while you jump the fence if you will do the same for me! This image really needs to be shot close up with a wide angle lens. Maybe you can phony-up a Press Pass from the local newspaper and go shooting again? Worth a try...

You crack me up! I can't begin to imagine hopping a fence. It's in a rather industrial area ... and a decent amount of traffic driving by ... traffic of people who work nearby and would *wonder* why a gal with a camera is jumping a fence. They were looking askance at me when I parked my car and got out to take a walk. :-)

Well just watch out if you ever meet up with Susan Stone! I thought that I was daring when it came to getting the photographic images that I wanted, but I met my match with that gal. She has no qualms about ignoring "No Trespassing" signs and I just followed along beside of her...

I WISH I were more like that! I would almost be more apt to trespass if I weren't holding a "professional looking" camera ... it makes me feel like I work for some investigative agency looking for a lawsuit. Every time I consider trespassing, I imagine someone calling the police on me and getting an FBI file or something..... LOL! How's that for an overactive imagination?
