planetxsport 0 Posted January 1, 2008 I live in N.Z and couldn't imagine getting this image. How was it done?? Link to comment
new_zealand_landscapes 0 Posted January 1, 2008 Thanks for the question 17mm to 40mm f4 usm lens, Canon EOS 5d and two neutral density filters at f22 gave me 15 second exposure. The water turns to mist. Link to comment
yonashek 0 Posted January 1, 2008 Despite I do enjoy the foreground and bottom part (perfect exposition time and color) I am not very keen on the upper (sky) part. It looks a little bit too dynamic, too strong comparing it to the peaceful water part. Anyway, a very interesting shot. Link to comment
melloncollie 0 Posted April 23, 2009 this place and colors seem unbelievable for me though i know they did exist. you are so lucky my friends to live and take photos in New Zealand. my opinion is that the upper part of the photo (the sky) is necessary for the composition but indeed not as interesting as the lower part. and somehow, if possible, i would eliminate the shore in the lower left corner and the rock cut in two in the lower right corner. but this is maybe just me. anyway it is a very interesting and very good photo.
