Hundreds of costumed "Santas" gather on the waiting room floor of

Grand Central Station in New York City as part of the worldwide,

off-beat internet-connected movement in which people get together for

no other reason than to frolic for a day in Santa suits. This was the

10th annual such gathering in New York City. "Santas" in more than 60

cities from New York to Bangkok and Berlin took part this year.
