I took a stroll along the Erie Canal this morning (okay, sing the song in your head ... then come back to me here). :-) The "Buffalo" end of the canal is in Tonawanda, NY. I want to explore the Canal with my camera. Not sure if I'll ever get to the Hudson River end in Albany, but I'll have fun trying.

Is it too dark? Is the snow exposed well? Do you like the little star-ish light I achieved from the f16 aperture? Any other thoughts?

Nice refelections of lights and bridge. I can almost feel the cold! Brrr! Didn't take long for the little "3" elf to show up...

Low bridge, everybody down!

Low bridge, for we're comin' through a town!

And you'll always know your neighbor,

You'll always know your pal,

If you've ever navigated on the Erie Canal.

We have a similar bridge here in Seattle near the Ballard Locks, and I'm still trying to find a good way to photograph that bridge.

Yes, I think it may be a bit too dark, but thanks for the song!

No, this is not too dark. Good reflections off the water, excellent job with the lights. A very good image - well done, Lou Ann.
