Dear photographer,

On PN I have seen many of these kind of photos and when I saw the

scene in my own neighbourhood I also tried to make one.

What do you think of it? What can be improved?

I like the feeling of depth to this image, the way your eye can get lost in the forest. But it's a light, inviting forest as opposed to something shadowy and dark. The mist or fog I seem to see in the farther reaches adds a nice mood. As for critique, nothing springs to mind. On my monitor, I would like a little more contrast in the shadows of the trees, but it would be very little, just a bit and as I said, it may just be my monitor.

You have a lovely eclectic style. I have quite enjoyed browsing through your portfolio. You've given me a few ideas on things to try.
