snapshooter 0 Posted January 7, 2008 Wow. What red hair. I agree with the comment on the deepness of the nose shadow, but think it is somewhat minimized by cropping tighter from the right, and a little de-saturation. I think the cropping better accentuates the beautiful smile. Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted January 7, 2008 Of course noses are giving shadows in these (!!!) cases. However in the past decades we are just manipulated or were manupulating each other: "Those kind of shadows are not done!" That's a very serious limiting of spontaniously enjoying, so far more than just a pity! So we are PSing ourself poor! Yes, there is magnificant (!) PS-work. Haha.. yes, also different cases! Do give them a name! Getting on a healthy temperature, Olaf. :) Link to comment
olafdevries 0 Posted January 7, 2008 I think the format perfect. The shadow around that hear is great. Yes, see what you mean of course (taste matter) However even a feww mm crop would already give a problem at the top. I think: just in matters of different tastes, we have to accept the original. It's the photographers signature. That means, do read the photo symply by comparing with the portfolio. By the way, most of the times I do crop by shooting, behind the PC different shots often just a few mm. And I'm even thinking of holding on with that at all! However in some cases it's a very difficult decission! Glad you are still there! :)Olaf Link to comment
