pnital 36 Posted December 20, 2007 Joe, this is a real passed story...I like its form, and the juxtapositin of that shabby past with the nice pure snow , and the nice BG white house and surrounding, peeping out through the wheels. Very well exposed and framed! Good light and nice soft winter shadows of the vegetation around it. Happy holidays Joe, and coming new year to you and yours. Link to comment

gordonjb 10,860 Posted December 20, 2007 I love these farm implements, so practical and yet aesthetically pleasing. The colour treatment really does bring out the frigid air. I love the greyness of the sky and the long shadows in the snow. I like the scene behind the seeder and how the two elements connect. I do wish the crop was not quite so tight on the seeder itself, it seems in need of a bit more room on the right side of the frame. Nice work Joe. Link to comment
gatzelis 1 Posted December 20, 2007 Wonderful composition and lighting. The background looks like coming from the past too. Perfect shooting angle give a perfect composition. I want to rate it on time. Happy Holidays Joe. Link to comment

alberta_pizzolato 21 Posted December 20, 2007 At one point in history, this seeder was no doubt state-of-the-art. I think the tight crop and your POV give this old baby back the power she once had. Great job! Cheers - Link to comment

skyjammer 0 Posted December 20, 2007 How goes it, friend? I'd meant to post a Christmas greeting earlier this week, but I see you you beat me to it. This is a lovely capture of the essence of winter. I love the deep DOF you have here. Very nice framing. Let me also take the opportunity to voice my compliments of the season to you. May the lord bless you and your household abundantly this Xmas, and may he bless you beyond your expectations in 2008. Best Regards, -Ade Link to comment
