I especially like the contrasting colors between the blue lights and the primary lighting. The colors in the umbrella do a wonderful job of extending that theme.

One place I think this image could improve is that the image doesn't seem to be vertical. My eye is immediately drawn to the tower, but it is listing to the right.

Overall, great image! I've love to see it with the tower straightened out.
