dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted December 13, 2007 What do you think of this compared to, say, href="http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=4509018">this and this? The long exposure times and the prevalance of red light led to kind of a reddish hue in my originals, which I have tried to remove here. Is the end result better or worse? Thanks for your input. davidcsanchezsayshi 0 Posted December 13, 2007 I like this photo the better than the other photo of this building. I like how the lines of the landscape draw your eyes to the right, and the distraction of motion on the left corner. nice (****) Link to comment
jcpopper 0 Posted December 13, 2007 The rich colors, the car-light blur, the PoV -- this one sings an urban song. Regards... Link to comment
stp 6 Posted December 13, 2007 Doug, I think this photo with the reduced red is much better than the first and second "this." I think I'd try a ND filter for an even longer exposure to greatly enhance the streaks of the lights (I don't want to see any details of cars). Link to comment
dmo_galleries_chicago_phot 0 Posted December 13, 2007 Thanks, Stephen. Michael, I'm not sure who he is, but he must be somebody to have his birthday party at the Chicago theatre. I believe this was some sort of gathering for the Improv Olympic comedy troupe, so he must be affiliated. Link to comment
