peter_daalder 0 Posted December 12, 2007 Any critique on (most of) your images should be taken with a grain of salt, as most of them are picture perfect...If anything, I would have wished for slightly less harsh light on this scene, but then again, it could be argued that it emphasizes the dryness of this desert. No doubt, global climate change will ensure for many more of these kind of photo opportunities! vs1 0 Posted December 12, 2007 an excellent vision. But IMO border distracts/ruins photo too much. All the best, VS Link to comment
dionysmoser 0 Posted December 12, 2007 Hi, the border of the photo is sharp. The reason is the high temperature and the flimmering air on the ground. Temperature was 41?C in shadow. Dionys Link to comment
dillan k 0 Posted December 13, 2007 Personally, I like the photo the way it is, with the border. Link to comment
stuart_williams 0 Posted December 16, 2007 great image; i think, though, that the plant is first not necessary and is less reminiscent of the place! And if you had to include it, then encompassing all of its shadow might have worked even better IMHO. I think that the plain image without the plant and with an emphasis on the blue, hazy low hills in the distance would have been excellent and true to the place. Link to comment
