Terrific portrait. the sharpness and high contrast level really pull me into the skin textures of the face, which seems to add to the drama of the shot. I really like the light fall off on the wallpaper and the shirt. My only little nit would be that stray hair or whatever it is on the open shirt collar just below the persons left shoulder. I would be tempted to clone that out as it is a bit of a distraction.

A very striking portrait, beautifully lit in a manner that brings out the strong personality of the subject.

A classical portrait in the sense that it will outlive the person photographed. Excellent in every regard.
