I love this. I love the contrast of the expanse of the sky above the tones of the buildings and grass - not too heavy, but just right. Beautifully composed and a pleasure to view.

I love the vastness of the landscape against that blanket of mackerel clouds, and the pitiful short-lived attempt by our species. Great shot, so full of texture, colour and human history....you can see the sweat of those who made that barn. And now it's draining away into the earth. Brilliant.

Thank you all for the feedback on this one. Sometimes, the effects from using a circular polarizing filter can be overdone.

I cranked up the contrast of the sky in CS3, but I'm quite happy with the result here.
