Homework Time!

It was a Sunday & we passed by this village, saw these children outside their front porch doing homework. We stopped & pass some stationery to them. This was taken from inside our van, through the open window.

can't help noticing the little girl's earring and the shoes she's wearing. girls hate that kind of shoes. it's totally boyish. any chance this shot's taken in rural area of north China? thank you for being so kind with these kids. they need stationery and they parents can't offer expensive ones. best regards, lin
