I think that A is better than B or B is better than A depending of what is the goal you wanted to achieve with your shot. I mean if the idea beyond your pic is "what a wonderful flowers colors, composition" and so on or, for example, "what a contrast between a modern architecture and nature/flowers"... You only now it. In my personal, and beginner's, opinion, I think that second shot is better because I can see the contrast and so on.
