Alon, I spent along time looking at this, it's very impressing. I know that I have made this statement before, but there are certain types of photos .. and this is definitely one of them .. that would look even better, blown up, framed, and hung alongside others treated in the same manner. This would make a a wonderful exhibition. Very impressing. I commend you highly on the originality.

RATINGS .... 3's ... 4's ... ?!!

Why oh why is it that some people dislike or are so fearful of .. I N N O V A T I O N ?

Travelling today, I read an article in NEWSWEEK (European Edition) entitled "Is Photography Dead". It says that .. "the advent of digital technology only exacerbates photography's flight into fable".

For goodness sake people, use your imagination, let it lead you into creativity, and encourage those among us that have the foresight to test noew waters. This does no in any way trespass on the traditional, it's value, nor does it compete with it or try to replace it. It's just something different .... to be looked at and evaluated differently .. with a curious and dare I say open mind ?

Thank you John for you comment and support :)

As you can see this photo is placed in a folder that called " for fun " . It's a folder where I present photos that I manipulate in PS . I usually don't like making drastic PS works and prefer the natural photography . I like this one because of the colors and the way he is swallowed in the background . I don't mind people rating 3's and 4's , Every one is entitled to his own opinion . I know I post only photos that I like but I'll appreciate if someone that rate a 3's will explain what he thinks is so wrong with this photo and not just rating it

Hy Alon, of course everyone has a right to their opinion and I don't mind low ratings either, except when they appear to be a matter of prejudice. Ok, so one does not like this aprroach, no problem one can downmark the aesthetics, but when it come to originality, how can anyone that is objective give low marks here.

Anyway, your portfolio is filled with innovative wrok and it is a real joy to browse through it from time to time. Thank you.

Yep John , I know what you are saying . Rating a 3 is nothing for nothing . If you think you have something to say or suggest an improvement then say it . If you got nothing to say and you really don't like it , Just ...... ignore it
