clifford_klousia 0 Posted November 29, 2007 This whole thing is very interesting. Was that fog or rain? The overall effect does justice to the building. Cliff Link to comment

panayotis_papadopoulos 0 Posted November 30, 2007 Thank you my dear friends for your kind comments. Actually it was a sunny and windy day Cliff in a small village in central Greece. I was standing there gazing at the abandoned building when this idea crossed my mind...and I said why not...let's give it a try. With the help of PS and a couple of plugins I was able to get the result that you see. Fly Chen I was honored by your comment considering this creation as a scene of Theo Angelopoulos's movies. Joseph always nice to hear from you! Mehmet you may be 100% right regarding the b/w version, it could be more dramatic as well, but I decided to go with color since according to my thoughts, it plays important role to the final result. regards, Panayotis Link to comment
vmar 2 Posted November 30, 2007 Nice work Panayoti. I keep looking it here and at dpgr and I like it more and more. I also thing that color works better but maybe I would like the "clouds" not to be so thick. I wonder how it would be if you tried to immitate a dirty glass window between the lens and the old man. But at the end I like it as it is. Regards Vassilis Link to comment
