iralarrys best 0 Posted November 29, 2007 Nicely done. Netting cutting off at the chin is a bit irksome. Just my view of things. Nice lighting and comp. Link to comment
rob wray 0 Posted November 29, 2007 I thought about this when I was shooting and had varied shots at it. My idea was to show that fine diagonal line cutting through the bottom left. But hey you never know I might be wrong I might be right, the image still has apeal. Thanks for your input is does mean a lot. Many thanks Rob Link to comment
iralarrys best 0 Posted November 30, 2007 Mr. Wray: The way I see it is the eyes and or lips are the details one is naturally drawn to . Then there is her chin and that cutting line. Save for the eyes and lips, everything else should offer support to these elements, not distract from it. If you crop it at her jaw/neck line you may see a difference in how much it distracts. But a woman's soft neck is tough to keep eyes off of. Heck, I have not yet delved into setup portraiture. But based on what I have seen, this is quite close to hi-end pro. BTW, the focus is swell.
