j.lewis.photo 0 Posted November 20, 2007 For a personal/school project on consumerism. Critique is more than welcome. Link to comment
chris_taylor9 0 Posted November 20, 2007 Kind of overdone concept, but it looks good. It looks very sleek, but the photoshopping of the exact same cups is a little too obvious. Link to comment
randy_hathawy 0 Posted November 30, 2007 Immediately eye-catching and seemingly sharp. Depth of field seems great. Josh must have gotten that view camera. Only when blown up does sharpness become questionable--a tribute to good lighting. (Or is the photo a jpg, resolution reduced?) The eye is led into the photo by the stream of coffee containers. BUT that eye is also distracted out of frame by the bright-green, almost highlit, straw poking outward. Where's it going? The eyes come back in, but then--what is that square thing in the back? Setup for a slide show? Ah, picky picky. A commendation for not having melting goo dribbling down the side of the container. Used strobe to keep heat down, right? Thanks for allowing a practice critique. Link to comment
