Truthfully, I'm not sure he "knew" much of anything. I saw him once before at a street fair, stoned out of his mind (my unprofessional opinion, of course) and dancing up a storm. This time he was just babbling to himself and raising his glass of "water" (?) as imaginary toasts to whomever he was conversing with I guess. I stopped and grabbed the shot from 10-15 feet away tops and he never even blinked, so...?

he's a pixie, it's that pointy nose, it's a dead give away... and he seems in very good sprits. ;)
