dseltzer 0 Posted November 20, 2007 The colors, shape of the boat and the reflection all work very well to make a very pleasing image. I'm being quite picky, but I would like it a bit sharper and I think that would make it pop. I also find my eye wanting to move the boat higher in the frame with more water at the bottom, but I suspect what's there is all the water you could get. All the picking aside, this is a nice image and well seen. Regards, David Link to comment
lesa jones 0 Posted November 20, 2007 Thanks David..again a resolution issue. The image is sharp as a tack until compressed and uploaded. and yes, that was all the water I could get as I was standing on a pier. Thanks so much for you comments... regards...LJ Link to comment
lesa jones 0 Posted November 20, 2007 David, attached you will find the original, which you should find sharp. Any input on compression factors?? Link to comment
dseltzer 0 Posted November 21, 2007 Just as you said, the original is tack sharp! I'm going to fiddle with it in Photoshop and see what happens if I prepare it for upload as I've done before with mine. Thanks for taking the time to upload the original... I'll look at it some more, too, but you already know I think it's a really nice shot. Regards, David Link to comment
