Her right hand is rather red and because of the way she is posing, it really draws attention to that. Perhaps you can alter the colour a little. Also, the camera seems tilted a bit. It would be better to either add more slant or to straighten it. Hope you do not mind me mentioning these things. Lovely portrate though.
