jeffl7 0 Posted November 12, 2007 We are having the same experience on opposite coasts. His sense of wonder, not only with the curtain but with what's outside, depicts that sense of wonder with the world that we all have, forgotten, but rediscovered through our children. What a sweet picture. Link to comment

adan1 0 Posted November 12, 2007 It's like reliving one's childhood through Gabriel. Sometimes I yearn to see things through the eyes of a child. Link to comment

Jack McRitchie 150 Posted November 19, 2007 A wonderful picture, emmanueal, you make us all his aunts and uncles. To be able to document his growth with such photographic skill is a great gift to all of us. You and Jeff share that ability. By the way, I never acknowledged the lengthy comment you left on my picture of the bicyclist. You're right, I never saw the surroundings as chaotic, simply the landscape through which the road winds. As for the need for contact with other humans, yes, that's very high on my priority list and in short supply over here where personal privacy is carefully guarded. People tend to present only their formal side unless they've gotten to know you very well. I sometimes go through periods of intense lonliness. Link to comment
