Lights in Rotterdam

I did lots of low light photos (some of them here), but still I'm

not confident that I got it right yet...

If there is anyone to tell me about how I can improve this one, I'll

be really greatful...

I like the lines and curves very much.

What would have helped is about 1 f stop less exposure - or setting according to the highlights!

I agree with Peter's comments. The bright lights on the right side are dominating the frame. The contrasting lines really are a great aspect though.
