This is my third attempt at taking a picture of a waterfall. Any

views on improving it?

You did well with the slow shutterspeed. I would however consider trying to compose it that the twigs and leaves are not obscuring the view. In my mind the foreground leaves are really bothersome. You could also consider taking it muck later in the day. Good luck and take lots more.
