Great sky! It engages immediately. Very nice all-encompassing wide angle shot. There is a tension between the headlights and the sky that perhaps is too strong. (Did you try this without the car? I would.) I love the foreground details but I think you can bring our some more in your processing. (With or without the car is your call.) Try screening hte images with a mask exposing only the FG. If you had thought of it when you took the image, a second exposure for the shadows would really do the trick.
