bosshogg 4 Posted November 6, 2007 A very nice image with a surreal look to it. If I were that kid, I'd be a little concerned. He's is outnumbered considerably. Link to comment
baerbel 0 Posted November 6, 2007 Thank you, David. Yes, these birds can be quite agressive at times and get right into your face. There were some large building in the background, which I removed, hence the surreal look. I kind of like the image, but am not happy with the light. It was just not good on that particular day, so that's the best I could do. So my search for 'The Perfect Photo' continues. Warm regards, Barb :) Link to comment

baerbel 0 Posted November 7, 2007 Well, Joseph, I guess I will throw it out there and see what the 3/3 guys have to say. Thank you for your compliment. B :) Link to comment
katzpjs 50 Posted November 7, 2007 You did a great job with the editing! My only criticism is that you cut off the feet. Remember grasshopper to always shoot more area than you intend on posting. You can always crop it out, but you can never add back what you don't have. Sorry! Too much wine again... Link to comment
baerbel 0 Posted November 7, 2007 You are correct about the feet, of course. I wanted them to barely touch the bottom, but took off more than planned. Also too much wine, I guess! :) Link to comment
bosshogg 4 Posted November 7, 2007 I'm very impressed with the editing you did. I like the image even more after seeing what you started with. I wish I had such skill. Regards Link to comment
baerbel 0 Posted November 7, 2007 Thanks for the compliment, but 'removing stuff' is easy with today's soft ware. Not much skill needed. Been resorting to older shots, as I haven't had much time to go out and take new ones. Checked your site, I guess you you are in the same boat, huh? Barb :) Link to comment
gungajim 75 Posted November 11, 2007 I'm kinda like one of the birds when someone is giving out free food! The birds are in very sharp focus. Good one. Link to comment
