I suppose a cool, or even cold morning Hannu.But who cares, in front of such a beautiful scape.The perspective is very nice, you concetrated more to the water than the trees and the horizon.The blueish hue fits to the mood of the moment, but try a "warmer" version too.Best regards

The swirls in the foreground blue add a nice effect and the far mist is strong, pity there's less in the middle. The jetty etc is clutter.

Good job! I like the "emptiness" on the right side. The sea level seems not quite horizontal. I would suggest cropping out the tiny bit of rock on the left edge.

for the constructive comment, and fixing the horizont - maybe you are kind enough to tell me how to do this step by step as I do not manipulate my photos with PS. Thank You again BR Hannu
