Amy, a very pretty scene. Your image is well-composed and I love the autumn colours but, for me, the heavy black border is a distraction. Maybe try reducing its size and choosing a lighter colour. Kind regards, Margo

I dont believe the border is distracting at all. Most prints for galleries are matted usually in black or white...white would not stand out here on the site background. Its a pity that a few cowardly members on here think this is a below-average image...very nice of them to anonymously rate your image as substandard, without leaving a comment or anyway for us to see how spectacular their work is....maybe its a bunch of lonely souls looking for a cheap thrill, and udders simply wont do. After that rant, I really do like this...I photographed a slightly similar scene last week out in the country (not posted on here yet though) I like yours better, you had a good time of day, and the colors are amazing. While this is not technical perfection, its got a lovely soft feel, which is more important. I like it, and I wouldnt change anything.
