J.W. Wall 3 Posted November 2, 2007 Very pretty. It might be nicer if the two models were closer together. Link to comment

rayyeager 0 Posted November 2, 2007 Hi Josephine. A fantastic image. Reminds me of a Renoir. Wonderful light and great tones throughout the rocks, women, and sky. Nice work ... Ray. Link to comment

aginbyte 0 Posted November 5, 2007 ... the sun on the girl on the left is perfect, and their perch on the rock is a great setting for the turbulent sky. Link to comment
starvy 7 Posted January 12, 2009 is this hdr perhaps? i like the composition very much, however, there is a staged feel about it. it does not look like two athletes resting on top of a mountain covered in sweat and running strain. so it certainly is not natural. that in itself does not make it a bad picture of course. the contrast and the lighting is interesting. i like the lighting but is feel like hdr to me. the contrast is just a little too 'real' if you know what i mean. other than that, i don't have any further insights to offer. john_h.1 5 Posted January 12, 2009 Ideally J.W. is right but the the imperfect set-up makes the image seem more real and telling somehow. It might be better as it is than what it could have been. Also the image is not of two athletes in a sweat because they ran up a mountain so, of course, it shouldn't look like that. They are two freinds sitting on a rock, probably at the ocean (see the barefeet), and that's what the picture looks like. Link to comment

vladimirovna 1 Posted January 25, 2009 You turn even the most common life scenes in great photos. That really is an art. Congrats. Link to comment
ali_joker 0 Posted January 22, 2010 my question is the same. How did you achieve such range of light? is it HDR? I'd appreciate ifyou shared it with us Link to comment
josephine 24 Posted January 22, 2010 Thank you! Sometimes I use HDR, sometimes I add to the picture the parts of other sky. Link to comment
