Me gusta. Es un momento natural y expresivo. El encuadre es bueno: se centra en la mirada, pero sin ahogar el rostro.

Great detail and those eyes are beautiful... the expression... her hair and the B&W work all make the photo a delight to view. Outstanding work Elisabeth, best regards.

Overall I like this...particularly the close compostion...I really like her turned away gaze and demure expression...this combined with her wild flowing hair draw me in and make me wonder what she is thinking.  I must admit though that I'm not a big fan of the PPing here...I like the conversion but the tones on her face are blown out...my preference would be to show her skin more naturally...overall though a very nice image.

Lovely...her eyes, the texture of her hair, and how it frames the image.

Well done :)

....... What a beautiful presentation.

Two things.............. I would have liked to see a little more sharpness in the eyes,,, and.... the camera/lens and exif.

Other than those two gripes....... a great shot. Well done

Regards

Thank you very much, everyone, for taking the time to look and for providing your thoughtful feedback!  Carlos--I don't speak Spanish, but I understood your words perfectly using Google Translator.  :-)    Thanks for your comments, too, David, Diane, Kyne and Pierre.  J. Kilgo, I really appreciate the honest critique!  Sorry the facial tones look blown; I see skin details on mine but agree that those lightest tones could probably be pulled down just a bit.  Grayham, thanks for your thoughts, too.  The lens in this case was the ZD 50-200 (non SWD) at f/5.0, 1/320s.

This is a lovely image, Elisabeth.  I especially like the sharp focus on her big beautiful eyes, the windblown hair that frames her face and her wistful expression.  A very nice b/w portrait.

This is a great portrait, it captures something beyond what we see here. It forces me to beg the question: What or who is she looking at with such intensity?

There is a story here, even if in reality there wasn't much happening, and one that could be told with an entire series of her, which you did do.

Great composition, great lighting, great detail in the eyes, stunning.

Eugene and Margo, thanks very much for looking and commenting; that's most appreciated!

Dan, It makes me quite happy to hear that this image raises questions or suggests a story.   :-) There's not much to tell about the external story, and the internal story (what she may be thinking about) is as much a mystery to me as to anyone else.  She's very good at inscrutable expressions, LOL; maybe that's one of the reaons I like to photograph her so much.
