Hello Paolo,

 

Wonderful moment! I appreciate the quality of light and the symmetry in the reflections! I get a little hung up on the stump. If you are open to changing the content of the image it might be worth cloning out or lowering the stump a bit. Is this an HDR or single photograph?

thank you all for commenting, I'm glad this picture has caught your attention. This is not properly an HDR, though I understand why someone could think of that. It's a blending of two exposures, just the necessary to have details in the shadows too.

 

Eric, I understand your point about the stump, even because I received similar comments on another photograph of the same place I posted earlier today. Don't you think however that the stump acts as a necessary foreground, thus giving depth to the picture?

Great shot but the reflection should not be brighter than the sky. Maybe some people won't notice but to me its very obvious.

I think this is a fantastic shot. I don't mind the tree stump in the foreground I agree that it does add a certain amount of depth to the shot. Brilliant sky. Also I enjoyed the rest of your portfolio as well. Very well done.
