I am wondering if the smooth warped surface of the bean wouldn't be strengthened with the adjustment of the vertical on the building in the background. Great saturated exposure and composition. My eye naturally wants to see the strong vertical of a skyscraper.

David, thank you for your comment. For some reason, I was fond of the perspective distortion. I usually work hard to avoid it. Anyway, I put up a version which corrected for it. I am interested in your comments. Dan

I am intrigued by very large differences in scores, from 3/4 to 7/7. While I do understand that the photo might not work for everyone, the 3/4 confuses me. I liked the interplay between the strait and distorted lines, and the interplay between the shades of the sky color (taken before sunrise). The "bean" is just a lot of fun. I suppose the important things is that it works for some people (so I guess that I should pay attention to the 7/7 :-). Anyway, thank you for all the ratings, comments and viewings.

Just about the points strong down light. OK with the right corner, but perturbed by the middle ligth point.
