Photographs sensations. Your portrait is the naturalness photographed. Well resolved this lighting so vertical. Best wishes. Vicente.

I love the way the light catches those stray strands of hair. Beautiful portrait, beautiful girl, very well done.

This is a romantic and timeless portrait you captured with grace. Could be a scene from a good b/w movie, that I would love to watch, waiting for the reply. The faint hint of a smile and intense gaze make you ask questions but they seem guarded and private. Introspection protected from us by the partially veiling hair. A case here of less being more in expression and story telling. Captured with finesse , compliments to you and your beautiful model. 7/7. Best regards, Mario

Beautiful work. The entire expression seems to revolve and emanate from that left eye that is catching the light so well.

Joseph, this is one of the very rare portraits where the accent is on the mouth and smile and not on the eyes and the picture is despite perfect.

You prove again that the old photographic rules are not always valid.

It is good to have somenone to remind us about that from time to time.

I can only remember one picture where the whole world is asking why she smile this way. I ask my self the same when I saw tis one.

Perfect captureing of an perfect mouth.

Thank you for your very kind words. I'm pleased that you so carefully noted what I was trying to do with this portrait. I must admit, though, that I didn't start out with this specific composition in mind. The thought came to me after examining the whole shot, and specifically, as you commented, the rather enigmatic smile. Regards...

Love this portrait, Joe. Your portraits all have a depth that says a lot about you as an artist and a person. Respectfully, from a technical point of view, however, I prefer this version, as I am partial to contrast. Warm regards.
