Beautiful. I like how you've blurred the background to bring the thistles forward just enough so they take center stage.

Quick story: My 6 year old son happened to come over while I was viewing this image, and he asked me "Dad, where is that picture from?"

 

So we had a quick geography lesson. I brought up a map of Romania on the internet. I asked him why he liked the picture and he said "Well, it has nice flowers, a field, and trees in the back".

 

The boy has an eye for framing and composition, it seems.
