giamba 0 Posted October 25, 2007 Nice shot, just a little bit oversaturated colours. Did you use flash light for the foreground ? Link to comment
romeyer.jp 0 Posted October 25, 2007 Thanks for your comment friends Isabella : yes I have used a flash for the foreground, with -1IL correction. For the colors, no saturation increase postprocessing, but the result of color saturation is coming from the "film simulation" offered by FUJI S5 body, here "F2" choice that is supposed to simulate a fujichrome color slide film, that was a typical choice for saturated landscapes...I agree to you, sometimes it may look a bit "too much", but interesting to explore. henrimanguy 0 Posted October 26, 2007 Des couleurs magnifiques, un paysage fascinant, une composition parfaite, mais j'aurais quand meme prefere que ces hautes herbes soient coupees pour ne pas troubler la limpidite du reflet dans l'eau. Link to comment
richard_crow3 0 Posted October 26, 2007 I don't think the saturation is overdone at all. The forground color draws you in to the rest of the photo. Beautiful. Link to comment
beng 0 Posted October 28, 2007 Beautiful shot. Very well composed and I quite like the saturated colors, crisp and interestingly eyecatching. Link to comment
kirk d 0 Posted October 31, 2007 I love the deep rich colors of this landscape! Your use of the flash really adds an interesting dimension to the image by almost seperating it from the background without using DOF to blurr the background. While the foreground is made to look seperate, it really fits well and the way the top of the stump fits in the nook of the reflected mountain ties it in. Beautiful shot. Kirk Link to comment

aramat57 3 Posted February 15, 2008 Oversaturated or not, I love this one. The colors are certainly vibrant and make this an image where I want to linger. Beautiful job, and thanks for posting the technical details. Best regards, Tammy Link to comment
