celasun 0 Posted June 5, 2008 I fail to appreciate (trying not to say "dislike") many photos which were produced using the HDR technique. Yes, when used judiciously, the results can be impossible to duplicate using more conventional approaches. And I am fully aware that your indoor works are great examples of HDR. This one, however, tells me more...Technicalities aside, this photo reminds me of many things at the same time. Mostly things that are lost... I find myself walking between those stones, on that small bridge. I find myself kneeling by the water to simply watch it. For me, the ability of your photo to trigger my partially forgotten memories again is its most important aspect. Very few could do that. Regards, Link to comment
lonebearimages 0 Posted June 22, 2008 Your compositions are captivating and positively enchanting. I truly aspire to set up a shot as well as you some day. This is just gorgeous and loaded with details. At the first pass, one might think messy; but it is really not messy at all. With the pano format the large craggy oak majestically dominates the scene, but not overpoweringly so. Well done, Theo. Cheers! Chris Link to comment
