A Noise

This is excellent and the name adds to the shot also. The girls hands create action that the title explains. Also the B&W gives a cold feeling to the shot...

Very dramatic with her surprised expression and claw-like hands. That one well-lit eye is the point of impending terror. I love the ascending staircase behind her, giving a sense of suspense and drama to come.

Thanks guys! I wish I could take credit for having planned this, but all I was trying to do was take some portraits of my friend Allison in this light and with this background. The beautiful old abandoned farmhouse does have a bit of a spooky atmosphere, and I guess that feeling got captured unknowingly.

That unknown/innocent capture may have a dramatic effect, that's what you have achieved here. Great lighting and composition.
