lalit 0 Posted October 11, 2007 Nice shot Greg. Cloud Colors are the most attracting right now. This seems like a morning shot? Mostly it looks quite overcast that day and hence the foreground is slightly underexposed. I am not a big fan of multiple layer photoediting, but this could be a good candidate. Probably increasing the brightness, contrast in the foreground would help a lot. the fall colors on the foreground are quite nice. I have always wondered about this location, If I have not mistaken , this is in Banff right? may I ask you how long is the hike etc..? are the roads accessible in late fall/early winter etc? gamitch 0 Posted October 11, 2007 I agree the foreground is a little dark. I used two ND filters, but it seems that this was still not quite enough to balance this evening shot. The shot was taken in RAW format and I increased the saturation to get the dramatic clouds. Mount Rundle is in Banff National Park and it is easily accessible. Link to comment
