Wonderful color and great almost tunnel like focus through the stalks.

simple, yet the image really draws you in and then holds you there, very nice.

I agree with both of the comments above, particularly Astrid's comment. The color image works very well. I looked at your black & white version also, but I just don't think this shot works in b/w. Good job. This is really a shot to be proud of. -Michael

I like the natural framing of the subject. Maybe it is just a bit tilted.

Hi Jeff, I thought this one had been left a bit too long until I saw it was Indian corn. The yellow really pops against the bland, neutral colour of the leaves. It makes me think of sunny weather, which we haven't seen here for weeks. Thanks for that.

Fantastic idea. Very good color saturation. Good crop, it adds information of the environment.
