Guest Guest Posted October 7, 2007 How such a beautiful view could be so painful to look at. PhoS, I hope this is not your home :) Link to comment

photis santamouris 23 Posted October 7, 2007 Kazimiera,I appreciate your comment about "home".What is home for me is a difficult answer.Where I was born?where I grew up?where...This wasn't mine anyway. Most of the "homes" I lived in ,either were sold,or are surrounded by blocks of flats these days. There's only my mother's apartment left, where she lives alone, and where I live.I'm not happy at all seiing houses get ruined, but I'm also not very happy living in an apartment,in a big city.I miss the countryside I grew up,and the lonely railway station,in the middle of nowhere. bartimeus1 0 Posted October 9, 2007 The view of this steep hill, the field of red flowers, the ruined house and the distant trees, really lets the viewer`s eyes roll inside of the photo. Beauty combined with a story of someone`s home and a dizzyingly effective view. Your marks of your art are well sewn into the image. With warm greetings, Alpo P.S. I answered to your question concerning the location of my hometown. The answer is under the "My way IV"-photo. Link to comment
adan1 0 Posted October 9, 2007 Beautiful flowers in the foreground, like a welcoming carpet beckoning the viewer to come into this picture and dwell in its beauty. Link to comment
